In first session, anesthesia, access surgery, absolute isolation, irrigation 2.5% sodium hypochlorite, odontometry, instrumentation K-files working length, drying insertion intracanal medication (calcium hydroxide) were performed. second session (after 15 days), removed canals filled mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA). Through results obtained treatment, regression noted during proservations had no symptoms.
